AFJROTC Mission

The AFJROTC mission is to develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community.

AFJROTC cadets should develop:

a. Improved attitudes of personal integrity, discipline, self-reliance and patriotism

b. Self-confidence and a sense of accomplishment

c. Leadership experiences and team member skills

d. Enhanced communication skills

e. Basic military knowledge

f. Drill and marching skills

g. Broad-based knowledge of the Aerospace age and fundamental Aerospace doctrine

h. Appreciation of the basic elements of national security

i. Interest in the Air Force as a career

j. Values of Citizenship

k. Service to the United States

l. Personal Responsibility

m. Sense of Accomplishment
